Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please note the following cancellation guidelines:
• 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service amount.
• Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with applicable fees.
• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total.
